The “Albania 1 Euro” programme seeks to privatise land for projects such as resorts and tourist complexes, aiming to drive economic growth in remote areas.
This move mirrors a previous scheme in which Albania granted 1.56 million square metres of coastal land to investors, underscoring the government’s broader strategy to boost the country’s tourism and infrastructure sectors.
